In his current position at Albertsons Companies, Tom oversees the functions of M+A, Business Development, Government Relations, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and Legal. He leads efforts to enhance business productivity and foster customer loyalty, supporting the company's ambition of earning customers for life. Prior to joining Albertsons Cos. Tom served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Policy and External Affairs Officer, and General Counsel at CVS Health. There, he led the corporate strategy, M+A and business development functions, global pharmaceutical supply chain management and retail networks, and external affairs, contributing to the company’s expansive growth and market presence. Before CVS Health, Tom held various leadership roles at Medco Health Solutions, including leading corporate strategy, M+A and business development, as well as global pharmaceutical supply chain management, external affairs and legal affairs, where he drove significant M+A and operational enhancements.
