Sharon McCollam is an accomplished, transformative leader in the retail industry, having led multiple organizations to reach new heights, turn around performance and drive growth. Since she joined Albertsons Companies in September 2021, she has been integral in shaping and leading the company’s growth and transformation strategies to earn customers for life.
In her current role as Albertsons Companies President and Chief Financial Officer, Sharon oversees all aspects of corporate finance and corporate strategy, as well as information technology, supply chain operations and property development. She is well known for her expertise in retail operations, digital growth strategies and creating a customer-driven culture.
Before joining Albertsons Cos., Sharon served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at Best Buy Co., Inc., where she co-piloted the renowned Renew Blue transformation revitalizing the company's omni-channel presence. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., contributing significantly to operational efficiency and financial strategy.
