Return Policy

For our private label brand products, we guarantee our customers 100% product satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 90 days with a receipt, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any fees for delivery services, tips, regulatory fees such as bag fees).  If you purchase the product at a discount because of any promotion or offer, the refund value will be that of the promotional or offer price. If you return to a store, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. If you purchased the product using a gift card, we will provide the refund via a new gift card to you. If you contact the Customer Support Center, a credit will be applied to your loyalty card, or we will provide the refund on a gift card.

The following limitations apply:

  • Alcohol Products: This policy is limited to locations where returns of alcoholic beverages are allowed, and returns must occur in-store. Customers must provide a receipt confirming that the alcoholic beverage was purchased from the same store where the customer is making the return. A customer must be 21 years of age or older to return alcohol products.
  • Purchases from Non-Albertsons Banners: If you purchase our private label products from a non-Albertsons affiliated retailer or seller, including but not limited to a third-party seller (e.g., Instacart, Anycart, eBay, Amazon.com) or from anyplace other than our stores or from our website(s), the product must be returned to that seller.   • EBT Purchases: For EBT purchases, funds will go directly back to the EBT Card.
  • WIC Purchases: We cannot issue a refund for WIC purchases, as required by law. WIC purchases can only be exchanged for identical (exact brand and size) food items.
